Most people choose the person who charges the least amount of money, which isn’t the best choice if you get stressed out or anxious about driving lessons. You will do better if one of your friends or family members recommends a driving instructor. Once you have the information about the suggested teacher, you can quickly meet with them and make sure you get on. 

 

Have A Plan

Before you start driving, making a plan for how to deal with your anxiety can help you feel more confident and give you ways to handle any situations that arise because of your fear. When you have a plan, you feel more confident because you know you have a way to handle anything that might happen on the road.

 

Don’t Start Unhealthy Behaviours
